Great News for Pet Owners!!

We are happy to tell you that after receiving heartfelt letters from a number of long time Perry’s visitors, our owners have reconsidered their decision and are once again going to allow us to accept one small pet per cottage/motel unit.

Our pet policy will be one pet weighing less than 20 pounds.  There will be a charge of $25.00 to cover the cost of preparing the cottage/motel units for our next guest.  Please note; pet owners will be responsible for damage caused by pets.  Cost of repair or replacement of unit contents will be included in the final lodging bill.
